Welcome Packet

Hey SMART Rider!

If you are a returning participant, WELCOME BACK! You know the drill by now.

If you are a brand new rider my name is Michael Lamarre, and I am your SMART Ride Registration Administrator. Everything you need to get started will be linked from this email. Several of the files are in PDF, so if you cannot open it means that you don’t have Adobe Reader on your computer.  Go to www.adobe.com to download a free version of Adobe Reader.

Here are your starting tools:

1. Rider Welcome Letter –You should have received this immediately after registering with your participant # from our Founder Glen Weinzimer
2. Rider Pledge Form – Fill in and Print out your pledge form with your rider # and name, then attach it with a letter to friends and family, heck to the whole world! Each pledge should come with it’s own pledge form.
3. Sample Pledge Letter – Please modify sample pledge letter to your words to send out with pledge forms. Get creative!
4. Medical Form – Please fill out your medical form and return to Dr. Lee’s office either by hitting submit, or printing and mailing to Dr. Lee’s office, do NOT send to the SMART Ride address.

Over the next several weeks a Rider Rep will be contacting you to make sure you have everything you need and answer any questions you may have.

Most of the questions you will have about schedules, where do we leave from, where do we stay, etc. can be found under FAQ’s. If there is anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to let me know by sending a note or calling 1-866-696-7701.
