Training Ride Leaders
We can use a few good men and WOMEN to lead training rides.
What does it take to be a training ride leader?
Enthusiasm
Responsibility-You are the leader that others will look towards for setting the right example as you follow the rules of the road
Willingness to be set up a schedule and communicate with those who rely on you weekly to train
Experience to be able to train people to ride safely, meet their personal goals and reach targets
Act as a mentor
Have riders sign a waiver (attached) WAIVER FOR TRAINING RIDES, it protects you and the ride and is important to have signed before each ride.
