Housing

As you can imagine, housing 500+ participants and ensuring basic needs are being met is challenging. The information you provide to us ahead of time will make your experience go smoother. You will have the opportunity to verify your lodging arrangements during registration process on Thursday 11/17/2011.

Hawks Cay Resort allows us to sleep (4) individuals per villa, no exceptions. We will ensure that if you are traveling with a spouse or partner that you will be placed together in a room , but you must supply us with that information on this form.

Couples requesting to room together should submit ONE lodging form. For groups traveling together, whenever possible submit a lodging form with four names and we will do our best to place 4 per villa as a group.

Please review each option and pick the one that best reflects your needs. Remember we can only accommodate lodging for participants that are registered or pay additional. Complete the information and submit the form you can also email Terry DeCarlo or fax to him at 954-522-9357.
