Your housing on Friday Night at   Hawks Cay Resort is included in your registration fee. We will be using mostly villas that sleep four in two bedrooms, with a living room area. There is no additional cost to you unless you wish to upgrade to more private accommodations.

On occasion you may be in a room and maybe a bed with someone you aren’t familiar with. (always keep in mind, it’s a villa, not a tent!)

Couples, as well as groups requesting to room together should submit ONE lodging form.  If your group is less than  4, we will be putting a 4th person in the room whom you may or may not know and this person may be sharing a bed with one of your group members. Traveling with a sleeping bag in the case of not being comfortable with the person you are assigned to is a good option.
