Bike Shipping

Pre Ride

Bike shipping to the ride is being provided by LauderdaleCyclery.

To arrange for receipt and reassembly of your shipped bike, . Gary will contact you  to coordinate you regarding the arrival of your bike, assembly and pre-payment.  The fee for assembly and adjustments charged by Lauderdale Cyclery is $50.00.  You are responsible for shipping to Lauderdale Cyclery with your bike packed in appropriate box.  

Please label both your bike and shipping container with your  Name, Rider # and number to contact you should there be a need.

Post Ride

Arrangements for our out of town riders have been made with Eaton Bicycle Shop to ship your bicycle home. We are working with Chris at Eaton Bicycles and he will be in contact with you once you have filled out and submitted the form below.

The fee for coordinating, dis-assembly, and re-packing will be $50.00.  The fee for dis-assembly and re-packing needs to be paid before bike will be shipped.  The shipping cost is in addition to the fee paid to Easton Bike Shop for dis-assembly and packing.  All bikes shipped to the ride, will have the boxes/containers delivered to Eaton Bike Shop for the shipping back to your home.
