Each rider and crew is responsible for making and paying for his or her own lodging arrangements prior to and after the ride. To make it easier for you, we have the following information and sponsor hotels. We encourage you to use our sponsors hotels if possible, as each gives a percentage of their reservation fees back to the production of the ride.
Your registration fee includes your lodging at the beautiful Hawks Cay Resort on Friday night. However, check out the Friday night section below for important information on selecting roommates, buying upgrades, and/or reserving space for a non-participant spouse.
Breakfast and ride-out on Friday morning is bright and early. So unless you live quite close to the MorningStar Retreat Center, we encourage you to book an evening in the Dadeland area. Its also a great time to start building comaradery with fellow riders.

The SMART Ride will provide limited transportation shuttles from Morningstar to Marriott on Thursday Night and from Marriott to Morningstar on Friday Morning. Signup will be in the Registration area on Thursday.

$99 + tax per night for our 1-bedroom suite (king bed) and pull out sleeper (queen) that will accommodate 2 to 4 persons. $139 + tax per night for out 2-bedroom/2-bath suite (king/king) with pull out sleeper that will accommodate 4 to 6 persons.  On Friday evening, January 8th, we will staying at the beautiful Hawks Cay Resort on Duck Key in Marathon.
- There is NO additional cost for these accommodations to registered riders and crew
- We will be sleeping 4 individuals in each of these two bedroom, 2 bath villas.
- If you would like to request your roommates for the evening, we will provide a process for you to do this once you are registered.
- You can upgrade to a private room with a private bathroom by requesting an upgrade and we will provide a process for you to do this once you are registered.
Of course, you could return home immediately after the ride on Saturday, but then you'd miss all the GREAT PARTIES! Plus you might be a little tired. So consider booking at least one night or more at one of the following sponsor accommodations.
