Training Season has begun, we recommend that if your a new rider or someone who hasn’t been on their bike since November 20th 2010, then start out slow. Remember this is a ride not a race and over time you will quickly pick up the endurance that is necessary to first due 5 then 10 then 20 then 30 and before you know it 60 miles! Your speed, your confidence and your endurance will continue to improve over time.
